Trek's elegant Shift 3.0 WSD is sure to draw compliments as you spin down the street. Its non-aggressive aluminum frame and adjustable stem put you in a natural, upright riding position that's tailored just to you. The ride is smooth, stable and confidence inspiring, perfect for riders just back into the game. And, its suspension fork, shock-absorbing seatpost and comfortable saddle smooth the bumps for the most comfort you can have off the couch. Plus, this great bike sports a 24-speed drivetrain to let you top hills with ease and powerful linear-pull brakes for the ride back down. With heavy-duty wheels and reliable components, the Shift can handle riders up to 350 pounds, too.

My wife got this bike as a present this September (2013) and she is thrilled with the performance of the Trek bike! We say it moves smooth as a Lincoln down the roadway. She can maneuver it with ease, and the sitting position for this bike is great considering she has had two shoulder surgeries. I could not keep up with her on my cheap Wal-Mart bike, so I also went out and got my own Trek!!!!
